Brad joins us as the Head of Business Development, where he will focus on:
- Risk mitigation strategies
- Succession planning strategies
- Education for business professionals
- Client acquisition and relationship management
Brad brings a wealth of expertise, having previously served as a District Manager with Farm Bureau Financial Services, where he successfully led teams and provided strategic guidance to agents. His strong work ethic, positive mindset, and deep understanding of risk management and client-focused solutions will be invaluable as he collaborates with both existing and prospective clients on strategic risk mitigation, succession planning, client acquisition, and relationship management. As Brad eloquently stated, “I am excited to join a firm that prioritizes the best interests of its clients while guiding them through the different stages of life.”
Originally from rural Nebraska, Brad grew up on a small ranch north of Dunning, where he developed a passion for helping others. After earning his degree from Chadron State College, he began his career in law enforcement as a police officer in Chadron, where he married his wife, Kathryn. The couple later moved to North Platte, where they proudly raise their two children, Matthew (14) and Mikayla (10), both of whom attend school in the area.
Brad and Kathryn have been actively involved in the North Platte community for over 13 years, dedicating countless hours to various organizations and initiatives that make a positive difference. Brad's transition into the financial services industry has allowed him to continue impacting people's lives, starting as an insurance agent and excelling in helping clients protect their assets and plan for the future.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hunting, and ice fishing. His commitment to building relationships and helping others succeed aligns perfectly with PFA’s mission, and we are thrilled to have him as part of the team.
